You’re unique, and so are we. When the Berlin Wall fell, we headed off to Romania where we co-founded NNDKP, one of the largest and most respected law firms in the region. Andrew Kingston

Andrew is an honors graduate of Harvard Law School with 30 years’ experience providing corporate and transactional legal services to North American and European businesses. Andrew also serves as general counsel to public and private U.S. corporations, for whom he manages governance, corporate, IP, contract, licensing, financing, SEC reporting, marketing, litigation and regulatory compliance. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.

Patricia Petersen

Patricia is an honors graduate of Harvard Law School with over 25 years’ experience providing legal services in connection with domestic and international commercial transactions, including ten years as general counsel to publicly-traded companies. Patricia serves as general counsel to public and private U.S. corporations. Her areas of expertise include domestic and international financing transactions, acquisitions, corporate law and securities law. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.

Christopher van Elk

Chris graduated from the New York University School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Review of Law and Social Change. Chris has over 15 years experience providing legal advice regarding mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance, commercial transactions, technology licensing and corporate governance. He assists clients at all stages of development in evaluating and executing strategic transactions, structuring debt and equity securities, negotiating agreements and maintaining compliance. Chris is a member of the state bar associations of Washington and New York.

Christopher van Elk

Chris graduated from the New York University School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Review of Law and Social Change. Chris has over 15 years experience providing legal advice regarding mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance, commercial transactions, technology licensing and corporate governance. He assists clients at all stages of development in evaluating and executing strategic transactions, structuring debt and equity securities, negotiating agreements and maintaining compliance. Chris is a member of the state bar associations of Washington and New York.
